Flexible Progress Tracking: Binary and Decreasing Goal Metrics

We’ve expanded how you can track success by adding two new goal metric types: Binary and Decreasing. Binary metrics are perfect for "Yes/No" or "Completed/Not Completed" goals, such as "Obtain Industry Certification" or "Launch Project X."

Decreasing metrics allow you to track improvements where "less is more," such as reducing error rates, decreasing response times, or lowering customer churn. These new types provide more accurate progress calculations and visualisations tailored to your specific business needs.

Empowering Admins: Self-Service Subscription Management

Managing your TeamMaven subscription is now faster and more transparent. Our new Self-Service Subscription Management portal, powered by Stripe, allows admins to handle billing and seat quantities directly. You can now increase your seat cap to accommodate new hires, update payment methods, and download past invoices without contacting support.

This "Product-Led" approach ensures your workspace can grow at the speed of your team.

Enhanced Employee Profiles: New Fields and Smart Controls

To help you better understand and support your workforce, we’ve added four new employee fields: Ethnicity, Gender, Employment Type, and Pronouns.

To make data entry seamless, we’ve also introduced a new Autocomplete Combobox component that suggests values as you type, ensuring data consistency across your organisation.

Furthermore, we’ve implemented strict privacy controls; Gender and Ethnicity are classified as sensitive data and can be toggled on or off at the organisation level to ensure GDPR compliance.

Data-Driven Decisions: Upgraded Goal Board and Insights

We’ve overhauled the Goal Board and Insights pages to give you better visibility into your team's performance. The upgraded Goal Board now features a comprehensive overview of goal statuses (On Track, At Risk, Off Track) across your entire organisation, while the Insights page provides powerful doughnut charts to visualise employee engagement and sign-off rates.

Most importantly, we’ve integrated our Shared Filtering System, allowing you to drill down into these reports by department, location, or any of our new employee fields, making it easier than ever to identify trends and areas needing support.
