AI Review Summaries (Beta)
We’re starting to roll out AI in meaningful ways, starting with review feedback. TeamMaven now uses AI to help summarise all reviewer input for a given item in a performance review. Managers can review and refine the AI-generated comment before finalising it.
This is in Beta and needs to be enabled on your account. If you'd like to opt in to test Beta features, please reach out to our support team.
Manager and Employee PDF Reports
You can now download manager and employee results as branded PDF reports, ideal for sharing or archiving.
These are available at the end of the review process (after sign-off, if required).

Key Performance Areas are now Role Expectations
“Key Performance Areas” has been renamed to Role Expectations. This better reflects how our customers use them: to track skills, behaviours, outputs, and competencies.
You can still set these per employee and easily clone them across profiles. See more on our Creating and Updating Role Expectations page.
Recognition Analytics
Recognition just got more trackable. Admins can now access detailed reports that show badge usage and team-level participation trends. You can see more on the Recognition Reporting page.
Birthdays
Imported employee birthdays now display in a handy widget on both company and team pages, making it easier to celebrate together.
Better Goal Progress Updates
Goal updates now include a progress input box, letting you capture more precise updates and mark overachievement.
