Creating and Updating KPAs

View the Job Profile

Navigate to Admin >> User Management to see a list of users. Find the user in question and click the Manage button.



This will show you the details of this employee. Click on the Job Profile tab. This will take you to a screen where you can view and modify the Key Performance Areas for this employee. 


KPAs act as the categories of job profile elements.


Under each KPA is a Performance Indicator. This is the performance element that will be rated during reviews.



Click the Create KPA button at the bottom to open a drawer, which allows you to create a new KPA.
