Once you've created a review round, it will appear in the review rounds list. To access it, navigate to Reviews > Review Rounds on the sidebar.
Click the Manage button to see the details for a given review round.
Once in the review round, you'll be able to navigate between the three tabs:
- Overview: See the settings chosen for this review round
- Reviews: See a list of the employee reviews for this round
- Feedback: See a list of the feedback providers for each review of this round.
The Overview Tab
This tab shows a simple summary of the settings chosen for this round. They cannot be changed since this round is now In Progress.
The Reviews Tab
This tab is where you can add or remove reviews. An admin can also manage any review by clicking the Manage button for that review, regardless of whether they are the reviewer or not.
The Feedback Tab
This tab lists all the feedback providers for each review. It's a quick way to determine who still needs to provide feedback in order to close a review round.
